Policies
Attendance Policy:
During the Distance Learning/Hybrid period, all students are expected to be present during the synchronous class periods. If a student cannot attend a synchronous class period, the student will be marked absent (A). Students can clear an absence in the following ways: Complete the class assignment delivered by the teacher asynchronously prior to 24 hours. If the assignment was completed, the teacher can change the Absent to Distance Learning Late (DLL). Any absences after 24 hours will need to be verified by the Attendance Office. Parent/Guardian contacts the Attendance Office to verify the student’s absence. (Student Handbook pg. 10) A student will be marked Present Late (PL) if they are tardy to the synchronous period. Students that are habitually tardy will be referred to administration for discipline.

Late work and make-up work policy: Work will be marked down if turned in late without a valid excuse...
Academic & Technical Support: email Mr. Mentze during office hours...
Time Commitment: 70 minutes per assignment...
Participation Expectations: Be present by microphone each class period...
Technology Expectations: Chrome book or computer capable of being online...
